1/4 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Dates
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Peanut Butter
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
4 Chopped Tbsp(43.0 gm) Almond
  • In a grinder add 4 tbsp chopped almonds,1/4th cup chopped dates,1/2 tbsp peanut butter,1/2 tbsp cocoa powder,1/8th tsp salt, and grind it nicely.

  • Take a small portion and make a round shape ladoo.
