- Step 1
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp ghee and0 add 2 tbsp jaggery powder.
- Step 2
Cook until the jaggery melts completely and becomes a smooth, slightly thick syrup.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 4 kesar strands and mix well.
- Step 4
Add coarse badam and mix until it combines well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding cashew
- Step 6
Immediately transfer the almond chikki mixture onto a greased flat surface.
- Step 7
Flatten it using a spatula to your desired thickness.
- Step 8
Cut into pieces while it is still warm
- Step 9
Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
- Step 10
