ingredients
1 Tsp(11.0 gm) Honey
  • In a blender add 0.5 cup curd,10 banana slices,3 chopped almonds,0.25 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp honey. Blend it.

  • Pour smoothie in a glass .
