Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 2 tbsp rajgira flour and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped dates and 2 tbsp almond powder.
- Step 3
Combine all ingredients well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds
- Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, let it cool slightly

Shape into equal sized ladoos
