- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp ghee, 8 cashew nuts and roast until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 2 cloves, 1 green elaichi, 2 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute it.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp cauliflower, 2 tbsp green peas and saute. .
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 5 Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Step 6 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 7 Add the cooked basmati rice and mix everything.
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp lemon juice
- Step 9 Garnish with 1 tbsp raisins
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 11 Serve it hot.
