0.13 Cup(13.0 gm) Penne Pasta
0.13 Diced Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum
0.13 Diced Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.0 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Cheese
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.37 gm) Parsley
2.0 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/2 Tsp(0.55 gm) Oregano
1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(0.59 gm) Mixed Herbs
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
1.0 Cup(313.0 ml) Water
  • Boil 1/8th cup pasta with 1/8th tsp salt. Keep aside.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil and add 1 tsp butter.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp cornflour and mix the mixture well.

  • Now add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, let the mixture thicken.

  • Add 1/8th cup diced capsicum, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum. Add water as required and mix well.

  • Add in 1/2 cup boiled pasta, mix to cover pasta with sauce, add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp grated cheese and 1/2 tsp chopped parsley, mix well. Let it cook for a minute.

  • Serve hot.
