- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 cup chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4 Add 1 beaten egg to the mixture and scramble.
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp butter and 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
