  • In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th Cup rice flour, peanuts powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tsp chopped onion and 1/4th tsp salt

  • Using hands mix and mash everything properly.

  • Take a clean banana leaf and brush it with oil.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter, pat it to form round shape and make holes in the centre. Keep aside.

  • Melt 1 tsp coconut oil on a nonstick tava and put the raw roti on it.

  • Flip and roast roti on both sides until browned and crispy.

  • Serve hot.
