In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th Cup rice flour, peanuts powder, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped curry leaves, 1 tsp chopped onion and 1/4th tsp salt
Using hands mix and mash everything properly.
Take a clean banana leaf and brush it with oil.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter, pat it to form round shape and make holes in the centre. Keep aside.
Melt 1 tsp coconut oil on a nonstick tava and put the raw roti on it.
Flip and roast roti on both sides until browned and crispy.
Serve hot.
