- Step 1 Grind 5 tbsp chopped walnuts to make fine powder.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseed powder.
- Step 3 In a heated pan add 2 tbsp sugar and water as required.
- Step 4 Boil till one strand consistency is achieved.
- Step 5 Add prepared walnut powder and stir well to make paste.
- Step 6 Stir continuously till it separates from pan.
- Step 7 Add 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp ghee and mix well.
- Step 8 Spread cling wrap on a flat surface and then transfer the prepared mixture on it.
- Step 9 Roll to get desired thickness.
- Step 10 Cut and serve.
