1/2 Tsp(0.97 gm) Achari Masala
ingredients
1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Milk
ingredients
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Curd, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough for 5 min.

  • For Filling

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated Paneer, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder and 1/2 tsp Achari Masala

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • For Kulcha

    Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.

  • Fold and Seal the dough

  • Flatten the dough to form a kulcha

  • On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of Kulcha and roast both sides with 1 tsp Ghee

  • Tasty Achari Paneer Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
