- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 cup chopped red capsicum, 1/8 cup chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 3 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp achari masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Saute the mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 3 Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
