1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
3 Grated Tbsp(30.0 gm) Paneer
2 Tsp(4.0 gm) Achari Masala
4 Tbsp(27.0 gm) Maize Flour
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cabbage
1/8 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/8 Chopped Cup(19.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1.5 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
  • For roti

    Knead 4 tbsp maize flour into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti.

  • For stuffing

    In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, saute 1/8th cup chopped red capsicum, 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 3 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well, add 2 tsp achari masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Saute the mixture and keep it aside.

  • Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side

  • Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
