Aachari Idli is everyone's favorite recipe either children or adult. It can be eaten as a breakfast or evening snack.Its perfect combination recipe of protein as well as carbohydrate.
For making Achari Idli In 1 cup batter add 1 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp achari masala,1 tsp dhania powder,1 tsp chopped green chilly,3 kadi patta,2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,kasuri methi, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well.
Grease the Idli molds and pour spoonful batter in the molds.
Steam in the idli steamer till it cooks.
Once the idli are cooked cool them slightly.
Demold the idlis.
Serve Hot with Chutney. Enjoy.
