- Step 1 In the fermented rice dal batter add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp achari masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Grease the idli molds with 1 tsp coconut oil and pour spoonful batter in the molds.
- Step 4 Steam in the idli steamer till it cooks.
- Step 5 Once the idli are cooked cool them slightly.
- Step 6 Demold the idlis.
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney and enjoy.
