- Step 1
In 1 cup batter add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp achari masala, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ,kasuri methi, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Grease the idli molds with oil and pour spoonful batter in the molds.
- Step 3
Steam in the idli steamer till it cooks.
- Step 4
Once the idli are cooked cool them slightly.
- Step 5
Demold the idlis.
- Step 6
Serve hot with chutney and enjoy.
