Aachari Idli is everyone's favorite recipe either children or adult. It can be eaten as a breakfast or evening snack.Its perfect combination recipe of protein as well as carbohydrate.

As Required(40.0 ml) Water
  • For making Achari Idli In 1 cup batter add 1 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp achari masala,1 tsp dhania powder,1 tsp chopped green chilly,3 kadi patta,2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,kasuri methi, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well.

  • Grease the Idli molds and pour spoonful batter in the molds.

  • Steam in the idli steamer till it cooks.

  • Once the idli are cooked cool them slightly.

  • Demold the idlis.

  • Serve Hot with Chutney. Enjoy.
