For making Aamti
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 kadi patta,1/4 tsp hing,1/4 tsp haldi, cooked arhar dal,1/4 tsp salt,1 tsp powdered jaggery, water as required, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, white til,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
