- Step 1 Take 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 2 Knead to make a soft dough.
- Step 3 Roll to make round pooris.
- Step 4 Heat oil for deep frying.
- Step 5 Fry pooris till golden.
- Step 6 Serve hot.

- Step 1 In 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add 3 tbsp chopped mango, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1 tsp kesar strands.
- Step 2 Blend until smooth.
- Step 3 Garnish with kesar strand.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 5 Serve with poori
