Heat oil for deep frying.

Fry pooris till golden.
- Step 6
Serve hot.

In 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, add 3 tbsp chopped mango, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp fresh cream, 1 tsp kesar strands.
- Step 8
Blend until smooth.
- Step 9
Garnish with kesar strand.
- Step 10
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 11
Serve with poori
