Steps
- Step 1
In a pressure cooker, add 100 g mutton, 4 garlic cloves, 4 clove, 1/4 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom, 1/4th tsp salt and water.
- Step 2
Pressure cook for 4 whistles.
- Step 3
In a kadai, heat 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk & bring to a boil.
- Step 4
Add 2 green cardamom, 1 tbsp ghee, 1.5 tbsp saunf powder and prepared yakhni.
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 6
Mix, simmer for few minutes and serve.
