In a pressure cooker, add mutton, 4 garlic cloves, 4 clove, 1/4 cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom, 1/4th tsp salt and water.
Pressure cook for 4 whistles.
In a kadai, heat 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk & bring to a boil.
Add 2 green cardamom, 1 tbsp ghee, 1.5 tbsp saunf powder, prepared yakhni.
Mix and serve.
