For Egg Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 eggs, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt, and whisk to a smooth consistency.

For Vegetables
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp butter, add 1/4 cup each of chopped red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, palak, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4 tbsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and saute well. Keep it aside.
- Step 2 Now add vegetable mixture to the egg batter and mix well.
- Step 3 Grease the muffin mould and fill 3/4 of the mould with the mixture.
- Step 4 Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins.
- Step 5 Demould and serve.
