Steps
- Step 1
Heat a saucepan with water, add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Step 2
Cool and discard the skin.
- Step 3
In a blender, add 1/2 cup cooked tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 dry red chilli, 1/8 tsp pink salt and 2 tbsp mashed feta cheese.
- Step 4
Blend it coarsely.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6
Serve as an accompaniment to snacks.
