For the Mixture
- Step 1 Next in a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and saute.
- Step 4 Add the boiled whole moong and matki, along with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and water.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp chopped tofu.
- Step 6 Mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.

For the Sheet
- Step 1 Mix 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2.5 tbsp maida and 1/8 tsp salt, with water.
- Step 2 Set the dough aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 3 Roll out the dough into a round shape.
- Step 4 Add the prepared mixture as filling and close the dough from all sides.
- Step 5 Heat oil for frying and fry till golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
