- Step 1 Blanch 1/4 cup spinach and make a puree.
- Step 2 In a bowl, take 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp chopped green chili, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tsp til and 1/4 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 3 Mix well, add palak puree and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5 Rolling it in a ball, coat them very lightly with wheat flour, flatten them and then roll out to make a round roti.
- Step 6 Heat a tava, add 2 tsp oil and roast the roti from both sides.
- Step 7 Serve hot with sabji of your choice.
