- Step 1 In a bowl, add cooked rajma, blanched methi leaves, 1/2 cup boiled chopped beetroot, 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, and salt as per taste. Mash and mix everything.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding boiled corn.
- Step 4 Divide and shape them into oval cutlets. On a plate, add 1 tbsp white til.
- Step 5 Coat the cutlets with white til.
- Step 6 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 ½ tsp oil
- Step 7 Place the cutlets and roast them on low flame until brown and crispy.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
