- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup ragi flour, 2 tbsp honey, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup soy milk and mix until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix gently
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 4 Heat waffle iron and brush with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Pour the batter and spread evenly.
- Step 6 Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown from both sides
- Step 7 Repeat with remaining batter
- Step 8 Serve waffles hot with desired toppings
