- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup chopped bottle gourd, 1/4 cup boiled peas, 3 tbsp chopped cauliflower and pour in water as required
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp haldi and saute them well.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup boiled diced potato, 1/2 cup chopped tomato and mix well
- Step 5 Pour in water and mash everything until smooth
- Step 6 Cover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Step 7 Season with 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp amchur powder and a little water
- Step 8 Add 1 tsp butter and mix everything and mash again for smooth texture
- Step 9 Cook over low flame until all flavors meld together
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 11 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and 2 tsp grated cheese
- Step 12 Serve hot
