- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta and saute.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp oats and roast well.
- Step 4 Add soaked moong dal, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp grated zucchini and mix well.
- Step 5 Now add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt and a little water.
- Step 6 Cover and allow to cook.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
