- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tsp suji, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp jeera, water as required, mix and rest the batter for a few minutes.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds.
- Step 3 Heat the tawa, add 2.5 tsp oil, and pour a spoonful of the pancake batter.
- Step 4 Cook for a minute, flip it, and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Step 5 Serve pancakes with your choice of accompaniment.
