- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp butter, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 cup diced tomatoes and 2 tbsp cream.
- Step 2 Mix everything well.
- Step 3 Cover and cook until tomatoes are cooked.
- Step 4 Turn off the flame
- Step 5 Blend to obtain a soup like consistency.
- Step 6 Place the pan on heat, pour a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 7 Season with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 8 Cover and simmer the soup
- Step 9 Garnish with cream.
- Step 10 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated beetroot
- Step 11 Serve warm
