Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp amchur powder, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp garam masala and mix well
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp boiled chana, 1/4 cup boiled potato and pour in some water
- Step 4
Mix everything well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chole masala and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 7
Serve hot with puri or roti.
