- Step 1 In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup of diced carrot and saute again.
- Step 4 Next, add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and stir well.
- Step 6 Then add required water, mix, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 7 Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by sprinkling black sesame seeds on top and serve in a bowl.
