- Step 1 Heat a pan with water, add 1/2 cup diced carrots and cook until soft
- Step 2 Blend until smooth using an immersion blender
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp sugar and mix well
- Step 4 Simmer over low flame until it gets cooked and leaves the sides of the pan
- Step 5 Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder and mix well
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 8 Pour into warm, sterilized jars and use this yummy jam as a spread to your bread or parathas
