- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter, add 1 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp oats flour, and saute it.
- Step 2 Add cooked buckwheat, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, mix, and simmer until it thickens a little.
- Step 3 Add 1/3 cup julienne green capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding a julienne carrot.
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese and garnish with 1 tsp sunflower seeds.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
