- Step 1 In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup besan, 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 3 Gradually add water and mix everything together to form a dough.
- Step 4 Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 Divide the dough into small balls, roll each to a round tortilla
- Step 6 Heat a nonstick pan or tawa over medium heat.
- Step 7 Place the rolledout tortilla on the pan and cook for 12 minutes on each side, flipping when you see bubbles form.
- Step 8 Once golden brown and cooked through, remove the tortilla from the pan. Serve warm with your favorite fillings or dips!
