- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp ghee in a pan and add the coarsely ground bajra. Roast it well.
- Step 2 Add water as required, cover and cook on a low flame till partially cooked.
- Step 3 Add 1 ¼ cup Nestle a+ slim milk, simmer and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp almond powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/2 tsp stevia, and stir gently.
- Step 5 Turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios.
- Step 7 Serve.
