- Step 1 Take a bowl and make panch phoran by adding 1/4 tsp kalonji,1/4 tsp saunf, 1/4 tsp methi, 1/4 tsp rai, and 1/4 tsp jeera, then mix properly. Keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tsp mustard oil and add the prepared panch phoran and mix.
- Step 3 Once the spice mix is cooked, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 5 When the onions are slightly translucent, add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, and 1/4 tsp salt, saute.
- Step 6 Add 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato and 4 cauliflower florets, and mix well.
- Step 7 Add water as required, cover, and cook until the vegetables are well done.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
