    Hi,

According to our growth tracker: https://www.asknestle.in/growth-track, your child's weight should ideally be in the range 29kg- 39kg. This means your child is overweight for his/her age. Please make sure that your child stays physically active and limit intake of junk foods which contain excessive amount of saturated fats and added sugar (Pizza, burger, biscuits, cakes, packaged juices, ice-creams, sweets etc. have to be taken in moderate amounts). Also, you can find a balanced meal plan for your child that can be customized according to his food and taste preference.

Here's the link to our meal planner for you: https://www.asknestle.in/meal-plan
