Hi there, thanks for your question.
1. Make sure your child's daily diet has enough dietary fiber from food sources like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Fruits- Give small portions of 2 different fruits everyday like papaya, apple, orange, peach, pear and any other seasonal fruit.
Vegetables- Give fiber rich vegetables like bottle gourd, cucumber, tomato, onion, carrots, beetroot etc. If your child is a picky eater- make raita, sambhar (with different veggies).
2. Pair main meals with colorful salads made from moong sprouts along with veggies.
3. Limit refined flour/products made from maida and junk foods. They cause stomach pain.
4. Your child should stay physically active throughout the day.
