Hi my daughter Rhea is 8 years old and is lactose intolerant. She can't have milk or any dairy products and I'm concerned about her calcium intake. Can you suggest some nutritious dairy free meals?

Thank you for your question! We understand your concerns with Rhea's calcium intake. This article has some great examples of calcium-rich foods that you can include in her diet: https://www.asknestle.in/expert-advice/top-10-calcium-rich-foods-every-child-should-eat
Many of them do not include dairy, so they should be fine for a child that has intolerance.

We hope this helps. Stay healthy!
