For Sugar Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add 2 tbsp sugar then bring to a boil and cook till its thicken in consistency.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp lemon juice,1 strand off saffron and cook it well.

For Kunafa
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup vermicelli then break it nicely and add 1 tbsp butter and mix it well.
- Step 2 Divide butter vermicelli in half portion.
- Step 3 Take 1 katori and add half portion of butter vermicelli. Spread and press it well.
- Step 4 Add 15 grams of ricotta cheese,2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, remaining half portion of butter vermicelli mixture and press lightly.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 6 Place katori in a steamer and steam it. Remove in a plate and pour sugar syrup over it.
- Step 7 Serve
