- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tbsp oil, add 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper corns, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4 green elaichi, 1/2 tsp chopped red chilli and saute
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Cover the pan and cook until vegetables are soft
- Step 4 Add the cooked rice, mix and cover again until all flavors meld together
- Step 5 Give it Nestle Twist by adding chopped almond
- Step 6 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
