- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup each of diced onion, and tomato, and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped basil leaves and season with 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and mix well.
- Step 3 Add water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook until soft
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and puree the mixture until smooth with a hand blender.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Serve warm
