For Beetroot Tortilla
- Step 1 In a bowl add 4 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 3 tbsp grated beetroot and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Roll out dough into a round shape and place on a heated tawa
- Step 5 Roast from both sides and set aside

For Chole Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1.5 tbsp sprouted boiled chole, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 3 Mix everything and cook it well.
- Step 4 Place the beetroot tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and the chole mixture over it.
- Step 5 Roll it and serve.
