For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp butter, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Step 2 Knead the mixture into a soft dough, adding water as needed. Cover the dough and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Step 3 Roll out the dough to a roti.

For Spinach Cottage Cheese Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp chopped parsley, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, and salt
- Step 2 to taste. Whisk until smooth.
- Step 3 Stir in 1/8 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp grated cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped
- Step 4 red capsicum, and 1 tbsp grated carrot. Mix well.
- Step 5 Add a Nestle Twist by incorporating black sesame seeds.

- Step 1 Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a nonstick tawa and place the roti. Let it roast from both sides, and spread the filling over the roti and cook for few minutes.
