- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/4 cup chopped spinach, 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn and mix well
- Step 2 Season with 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera and salt for taste
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup besan, add water and mix to a smooth batter
- Step 4 Heat oil in a kadhai, add spoonful of pakoda batter and fry until crisp and golden brown
- Step 5 Serve hot with chutney
