- Step 1 Heat a nonstick pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp oats flour and saute until light brown
- Step 2 Pour in 1/2 cup skimmed milk and mix well
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup spinach puree and simmer over low flame for a minute
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 5 Add the cooked buckwheat pasta and mix everything together
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tsp cream and serve warm
