- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and pour in little water
- Step 3 Cover the pan and cook until all spices combine well
- Step 4 Add the cooked rajma, cooked rice and mix it thoroughly
- Step 5 Cook for 2 minutes over low flame
- Step 6 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 8 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
