- Step 1 In a heated pan, dry roast 1/2 cup ragi flakes and coarsely grind it.
- Step 2 Heat 1 ¼ cup Nestle a+ slim milk in a pan and add the roasted ground ragi flakes, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/4 tsp stevia. Mix well.
- Step 3 Simmer until the mixture thickens to a phirni consistency.
- Step 4 Transfer it to a bowl and add 2 tbsp chopped apple. Mix well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 ½ tbsp chopped almonds.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pistachios.
- Step 7 Refrigerate and serve.
