- Step 1 Dry roast 2 tbsp ragi flour until light brown and set aside
- Step 2 In a jar add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, roasted ragi flour, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, and 1/2 tsp salt to taste and
- Step 3 Using a hand blender, blend until smooth
- Step 4 Add water to adjust the consistency and mix well
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp grated cucumber, mix and set aside
- Step 6 Heat 1/2 tsp coconut oil, add 1/8 tsp mustard seeds, 1/8 tsp jeera seeds , curry leaves, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/8 tsp hing.
- Step 7 Pour tempering over the ragi ambli
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 9 Stir well, chill and serve.
