- Step 1 To make the filling, heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter, shredded chicken, boiled quinoa, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding garlic.
- Step 3 To make the tortilla, take a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maize flour, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead it to make a dough.
- Step 4 Roll out into a round tortilla
- Step 5 Heat a pan and cook it on both sides.
- Step 6 To assemble the wrap, take a plate, place the tortilla and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise on it.
- Step 7 Add the filling, 1 tbsp julienne lettuce, 1/2 tsp chopped green olives and 1 tsp chopped cherry tomato.
- Step 8 Wrap tortilla around the mixture.
- Step 9 Serve fresh and hot.
