- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 3 cloves, bay leaf and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 cup paneer cubes, 1/4 cup peas and mix well
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Add tomato puree, a little water and mix well
- Step 5 Cover and cook over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot.
