- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 cup palak puree
- Step 2 Mix everything together and knead to a soft dough.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Pour in some water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 5 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 6 Divide into equalsized balls and roll each into a small round
- Step 7 Heat oil for frying and deep fry the pooris.
- Step 8 Serve hot
