- Step 1 Heat pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp chopped green chili, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and mix
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup chopped spinach, 1/8 tsp haldi, salt for taste and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 4 Add soaked rice, soaked moong moong dal and add water as required
- Step 5 Cover and pressure cook for 23 whistles.
- Step 6 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
