- Step 1 Soak 2 tbsp rice and 1 tbsp urad dal overnight. Drain the excess water and blend to a smooth batter.

- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tsp oats, 4 kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai, and water as required. Stir and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Heat the tawa, pour a ladle of the batter, and spread evenly.
- Step 4 Roast dosa with 1 tsp oil until crisp.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
